Derek Baker MCMI MAPM has over 30 years public sector experience as a former operations director and senior civil servant. He brings a wealth of experience of building high performing teams and managing operations in core business and ICT service delivery environments. He is an accredited high risk OGC Gateway™ Review Team Leader.
